Our patient portal offers secure access to your medical information, anywhere and anytime. With this additional convenience may come questions and we want you to have the answers at your fingertips! Over the next few months, we will cover all the basics of our patient portal, frcforpatients.com, by answering real questions from our users. Fairfax Radiology wants to ensure the easiest experience for all our patients. Four common questions that we receive from our patients are answered below.

 

1.  Will I be notified when new information is available in the portal?

Yes, you will know as soon as your results are in! You will receive an email alert when any new health information is available in the Patient Portal.

 

2. Who is eligible to enroll in the FRC patient portal?

Active FRC patients can enroll in our patient portal. For children under the age of 18, a parent or guardian can enroll.

 

3. Can I share my information on the patient portal with my relative?

Yes, you can make a request to share information with your relative on our portal under “Profile” and “Manage Sharing”. Selected family members can then access health information.

 

4. What information is available in the patient portal?

Our Patient Portal will show select portions of your FRC health information including, appointments, forms, reports/images, patient summary, medication, secure messages, education, and profile information.
