I can't remember everyone's names, but {two staff members} stood out with their incredible professionalism, compassion, and kindness. The two of them made, what was hopefully the most terrifying moment of my life, tolerable. They were both there with hugs and words of encouragement, and it's their words that I keep replaying through my head while I wait for my pathology results. #9 We provide a calm atmosphere for stressful situations
I just want to give the most positive feedback that I could give to your ultrasound and mammogram person as well as the front desk staff. They were super professional, kind and very good at making me feel at ease during a stressful time.
