#1  Appointments are on time.  The office is very efficient.

I was in yesterday for an ultrasound.  I was in and out within half an hour, which was shockingly efficient!  Sign in was quick and easy; check in was also easy.  I was called back right away, and the technologist who did my ultrasound was kind, professional, and efficient.  She anticipated all of my concerns, talked me through it, told me what to expect for next steps, and generally made what could have been an uncomfortable experience very easy. I have had the same professional experience each time I have visited, and will therefore not go anyplace else. Wendy L.

#2   Our Technologists Rock!  They clearly explain the procedures and check in with patients during their exams.  Patients love their professionalism and kindness.

#3  Receptionists are friendly and welcoming.  They make a great first impression on our patients.

I specifically came back to Fairfax Radiology because your facilities (both CT and MRI) on Route 50 are so efficient and easy to deal with – even though I live in Maryland and the ordering surgeon suggested having the scans done at his hospital.   I feel that my health care is your top priority, and I thank you for running such a quality operation. #5  Receptionists go the extra mile to make sure orders are received so patient can keep scheduled appointment.

Yesterday, the receptionist got 10 point customer service, not only for being courteous but for being helpful and with a real interest of my appointment to take place.  My doctor forgot to send on time the prescription for me to have my mammogram, receptionist told me what to do and said that she was going to be paying attention to the fax machine for me to get that prescription soon. That gave me time to relax and wait for prescription to arrive without any stress.  Congratulations for your customer service.  Claudia S.
