FAIRFAX, Va., July 2025 — Fairfax Radiology (FRC) is pleased to announce that Tyler J. Geshay, MD, has joined the practice’s Body Imaging team, expanding FRC’s capabilities in diagnostic imaging and patient-centered care across Northern Virginia.
Dr. Geshay recently completed a Body Imaging Fellowship at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and served as chief radiology resident during his residency at Georgetown. He brings extensive experience in diagnostic radiology, internal medicine, and clinical research, including projects on artificial intelligence in radiology workflow and advanced imaging techniques. His research has been presented at national conferences such as RSNA and SABI, reflecting a strong commitment to innovation and improving patient care.

Dr. Geshay earned his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Cell and Molecular Biology with a minor in Chemistry and concentration in Professional Writing from Washington & Jefferson College, graduating summa cum laude.
