The IIIB's Foundation (Bosom Buddy Baskets)
Fairfax Radiology was proud to donate to The IIIB's Foundation by sponsoring Bosom Buddy Baskets that were delivered to women at three local hospitals. The baskets are specifically made for patients awaiting mastectomy break cancer surgery. They are designed to be most useful in the post operative period and to aid in recovery. Each Bosom Buddy Basket provides valuable and convenient information, recovery items and emotional support.
The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington, Fairfax County Region
Fairfax Radiology was a proud sponsor of The Boys and Girls Club’s Casino night raising money for the Fairfax County chapter programming. Our support helps their mission of providing millions of kids and teens a safe place to develop essential skills, make lasting connections and have fun.
Inova Initiatives
Fairfax Radiology proudly sponsored The Inova Honors Dinner, an event honoring Inova physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals who deliver unparalleled care and celebrates patients and their loved ones who pledged gifts to the health system.
FRC was also a sponsor at the Inova Fair Oaks Golf Classic. Proceeds benefited the Inova Fair Oaks Hospital’s renovation and upgrade of the Women’s and Children’s floor.
Pediatric Specialists of Virginia
Fairfax Radiology was a proud sponsor of the Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV) “Race to Make It All Better 5K and Family Health Fair 2018”. For the last three years, Fairfax Radiology has also participated in the Health Fair at the race. All funds raised help to fund key philanthropic initiatives focusing on specialty care to children and families in Northern Virginia.
Youth Little League
Fairfax Radiology supports the crucial effort in promoting children’s health, developing discipline and teamwork through the sports of baseball.
