Wonderful people went above and beyond to help me.

I have had multiple MRIs in my life. This was the top of the top line. There were competent staff from my very first interaction with the receptionists to the schedulers to the technologists. Pleasant helpful communication with them all. Instilled confidence in all aspects of the operation. It was an exceptionally clean facility including the restrooms, the locker area, and the operations area.

The staff was courteous and attentive and provided support during the entire visit. From the time I entered the door, it was exceptional from the cleanliness of the facility to the professionalism of the staff. The Reston-Herndon location will definitely be my “go to” facility in the future!

Lovely new facility—open, welcoming, and relaxing. Clean. Even the soap smelled good! Nice gowns, too!

While I was in the check-in area, I observed staff going out of their way to help a patient understand her insurance, which offices could do which test, and helped schedule appointments with the other MRI location. She then sorted and packaged up all the paperwork for that elderly patient’s future visits and calls with insurance. It was outstanding customer service.

I have been to this facility more than seven times in the past few years for morning, afternoon, and evening appointments. Every single time I was treated with compassion and quality care. I really cannot thank your employees and manager enough. It means so much to be cared for, especially when you are so nervous about the reason for the visit.
