NBC 4 Spotlight on HDCT Heart Scans
Posted on May 7, 2009 Fairfax Radiological Consultants, P.C. was featured on NBC Channel 4’s evening news Thursday, May 7th, spotlighting FRC’s own Dr. James Earls, discussing the latest HD CT technology being used for diagnosing heart disease.
Fairfax Radiology is the first to offer the High Definition, Low Radiation dose CCTA Heart Scans at its Prosperity Imaging Center in Fairfax, and has already provided hundreds of patients with the clearest 3-D image possible of their heart, with up to 90% less radiation than is currently available through traditional CT imaging equipment.
