Where we're located ...

The Cosmetic Treatment Center of FRC is located in the Prosperity Medical Center at the southeast corner of Arlington Boulevard and Prosperity Avenue. The entrance to the complex is on Arlington Boulevard, east of Prosperity Avenue.

Park in the convenient parking garage and enter building 8505. The office is on the first floor, down the hall on the right in Suite 130.
